Changes to Items

Buff Heavy Duty Boots: 40 → 50 AP
Buff Sticky Barb: 30% → 100% chance to inflict Wound on contact
Nerf Green Orb: 3% of their max HP every second → 5% of their max HP every 2 seconds
Buff Pokemonnomicon: When the holder deals special damage, they burn the target for 3 seconds and reduce its special defense by 1

Changed Chatot. Range 3 → 2. Chatter now hits in a 3 cell radius around Chatot. Damage 20 → 30, chance to inflict confusion 40 → 50%.
Teleport (Abra) now cannot be casted again if no attack has been made since the last cast.
Increased base cooldown of Rage (TM): 200ms → 1000ms
Reduced base cooldown of Bulk Up: 1000ms → 300ms
Buff Litten: HP 90/170/280 → 95/180/300 ; Attack 8/14/24 → 8/15/30 ; Spe def: 6/10/14 → 8/12/16 ; Dark Lariat base number of hits: 3 → 4
Nerf Chingling line: Def: 7/10 → 5/8, Spe def: 8/12 → 6/9
Nerf Hail (Amaura, Regice): hailstorm hits 10/20/30 → 8/15/30 random tiles on the target's side of the board.
Nerf Larvitar line: Speed 45 → 39; Def: 8/12/16 → 5/9/12
