By using Pokémon Auto Chess Wiki at pokemon-auto-chess-fans.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. 1. What the site is
The site is a free, read-only reference wiki: Pokémon stats, synergies, abilities, items, stages, and similar information for the Pokémon Auto Chess game, generated from that game's own public data. There are no user accounts, no purchases, and no way to submit content to the site. The "Compare" tool works entirely from information already public on the site and doesn't collect anything about you.
2. Accuracy and availability
We do our best to keep the data in sync with the live game, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Game balance changes, site bugs, hosting issues, or an update to the source project can all make information here outdated or temporarily wrong. Don't rely on this site as your only source before making an in-game decision that matters to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokémon Auto Chess Wiki and whoever operates it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including reliance on any information shown on it, or on any third-party site you reach through it (including ads). 4. Advertising
The site is funded by Google AdSense advertising, shown to help cover hosting and development costs — not to generate profit from Pokémon or from the source game's intellectual property. Ads are selected and served by Google and its advertising partners, not by us directly; clicking an ad takes you to a third party we don't control and aren't responsible for. 5. Intellectual property
Pokémon and all related characters, names, and trademarks belong to Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Game data and artwork on this wiki originate from the open-source Pokémon Auto Chess project and remain the property of their respective owners. You're welcome to read, screenshot, and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use (e.g. sharing a page with a friend or in a community chat). Please don't scrape, mirror, or republish the site's pages wholesale elsewhere, or present this data as your own original work.
6. External links
The site links out to the actual game, its GitHub repository, and occasionally other third-party resources. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any site we link to.
7. Children's use
The site is a general-audience reference resource and is not specifically directed at children. Because Pokémon content naturally attracts younger players too, please see the "Children's privacy" section of our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves (for example, if we add new features or change how ads are served). The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted reasonably and in good faith.
